The Directors of Zaphara have a background within the Aviation industry so we are focused on every detail and the importance of time management. Zaphara are based in Cairns, Tropical North Queensland.

Zaphara was established and based with our own in depth research that demonstrated the need for a specialised cleaning service at all levels within the community.

Our attention to detail and consistent work ethics is something we offer without effort, we found these key factors to our own success was lacking within the cleaning service industry in general.

Just because we clean, doesn’t mean we don’t use the check, file and follow up system! We check with our clients to establish their needs, file their requests as a part of our Quality Assurance System and follow up to ensure our clients are happy!

As Directors we are often hands on however as our business has grown we have engaged people to assist us in servicing our client base. They are carefully appointed and must meet our company criteria; thorough and previous employment checks are established before we consider anyone suitable to join the Zaphara team.
